Ground Control will help you explore floor and base tricks and moves you've seen before but couldn't figure out on your own and learn new things you haven't tried yet! Plus, there's a bonus round featuring two combos using the moves you've learned.
Each move comes with a demonstration video, filmed on location at The Bar Studio in Bellingham, MA, plus a written explanation to help you break it down and make it your own.
Knee pads and heels are strongly recommended. A pole is required.

Yes, knee pads are strongly recommended! Each tutorial involves things like sliding, pivoting, or landing on your knees. Protect yourself so you can play without the pain.
What level is this course: beginner, intermediate, or advanced?
Beginners can certainly get good stuff from this course and learn some foundational transitions, but there are also more challenging tricks for intermediate and advanced polers. Plus, there's a bonus round featuring two combos so there's something for everyone!
