Once you get over the initial thigh pain, a Pole Seat is a great place to be. The Pole Seat is a fantastic all levels trick that has tons of variations. This course, called Take a Seat, explores ten perfect shapes you can do if you have a Pole Seat. Plus, there are two bonus combos at the end that I know you’re going to want to try.
This course has one skill prerequisite: a Pole Seat from any height. Keep in mind, it doesn't have to be clean or pretty! You just have to be able to get into a Pole Seat in some way. A pole is required.
Each lesson comes with a demonstration video, filmed on location at The Bar Studio in Bellingham, MA, as well as a written explanation and an audio note.
