Knee Pad Fit Guide

How Should My Knee Pads Fit?

Below is everything you need to know about how your Bee's Knees Knee Pads should fit and feel and what to do if you need help.

Too Small

If your knee pads are too small, you’ll have a lot of exposed Velcro and not a lot of strap overlap. You run the risk of your straps popping open while you’re dancing. If you can get them on, but they are stretched to the max, the lack of give in the straps can cause discomfort and irritation.

Too Large

If your knee pads are too large, you’ll have a lot of extra strap hanging off the edge, and you run the risk of the knee pads sliding around too much while you're dancing. If you really have to pull the straps tight to get the knee pads to stay in place, the lack of give in the straps will feel uncomfortable.

Just Right

No more than a half inch or so of play in either direction is ideal. Our bodies change day to day and hour to hour; the beauty of Bee’s Knees Knee Pads is that you can adjust the straps to accommodate those fluctuations. Having the right balance of strap overlap and stretch is the key to a perfect fit!
