If you find yourself drooling over videos of polers who seem to really luxuriate in their spin climbs and make gorgeous shapes on the way up, this course is for you. It’s called Spin Pole Climb Fluff, and it includes ten perfect shapes that you can add to your spin climb to give it more dimension, control, and interest. Plus, there are bonus combos at the end that I know you’re going to want to test drive.
This course has one skill prerequisite: a spin pole climb, or at least be learning to climb on spin pole. Keep in mind, it doesn't have to be clean or pretty! You just have to be able to climb at least once after getting on the spin pole. A pole is required.
Each exercise comes with a demonstration video, filmed on location at The Bar Studio in Bellingham, MA, as well as a written explanation and an audio note.
