You're excited to do all the pole things... but are you in ready condition? This course is part of the Perfect Ten Series. It's called Ready Condition has TEN conditioning exercises to help you build the kind of functional strength you'll use and positional familiarity you'll need throughout your pole journey, no matter what level you're at. Ready Condition is good for all levels because each conditioning exercise can be leveled up with an alternate version, added weight, or increased reps. Plus, there's a bonus Pull Up Challenge at the end you're definitely going to want to try!
This course has no skill prerequisites. While each exercise correlates to specific pole tricks as outlined in each lesson, all of them focus on the core, upper body, and glute strength needed for almost every pole trick. A pole is required.
Each exercise comes with a demonstration video, filmed on location at The Bar Studio in Bellingham, MA, as well as a written explanation and an audio note.
